EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Employment Agreement is entered into between Aristotle Systems Limited (the “Company”) and Amina Wanjiku (the “Employee”).

1. APPOINTMENT AND COMMENCEMENT

The Company appoints the Employee as Senior Product Designer with effect from 1 September 2026. The Employee accepts the appointment and agrees to perform the duties reasonably associated with the role.

2. PLACE OF WORK

The Employee's primary place of work shall be Nairobi, with flexible working arrangements as agreed with the Company.

3. REMUNERATION

The Employee will receive the remuneration and benefits described in Schedule A, subject to applicable statutory deductions.
